Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Struck Off (trading as Namma Flutter Store).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect item shipped (wrong size, wrong design)

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@nammaflutter.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges where stock is available. Please reach out to us at hello@nammaflutter.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs. For other return requests, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
