The Namma Flutter Store ("Store") is operated by Struck Off, a registered business entity. By placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products
All products are made to order. Colors may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor calibration. Sizes are as listed in the product description.
3. Orders & Payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST. GST invoices are issued under Struck Off (GSTIN: 33FRWPB9741P1ZU).
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
- Payments are processed securely via PhonePe.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days unless the selected delivery method indicates otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Struck Off and its community contributors (trading as Namma Flutter Store). You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The contracting entity is Struck Off.
